Envelope Reference Stickers That Survive Humidity
Matte labels, placement rules, and replacement cycles for sealed coin envelopes in Seoul summer humidity.
Seoul summers push envelope adhesives to fail. A label sliding off creates two envelopes with identical handwriting risk.
Sticker specs we use
Matte polyester, 25×50 mm, permanent reference number printed at our Guro office. Placement: upper right of the envelope face, never across the seal line. A secondary code written in ledger ink at the bottom left backs up the sticker.
Replacement cycle
Inspect stickers at each quarterly visit. Replace any edge lifting. New sticker references the old number in parentheses for one cycle — (formerly E-04).
Ledger linkage
Every sticker number appears on the opening balance line with envelope description: “E-07, blue wax, client retainer.” No sticker exists without a ledger line.

Clients email hello@desktop-havenpath.click with sticker numbers needed. We mail sheets within three business days or bring them on the next reconciliation visit.
