Our fees reflect on-site time, materials supplied, and the number of cold-storage locations in your office. All amounts are in Korean won and informational — final quotes follow a brief desk interview.
Office ledger setup

Quarterly reconciliation visit

Recommended every three months for offices with active envelope movement.

For offices whose logs have grown inconsistent after staff changes.
Estimate factors
Quotes may differ when:
- Your office sits outside the Seoul metro (travel surcharge ₩60,000–₩120,000)
- More than four sealed envelopes require individual columns
- Building security requires after-hours access
- You need Korean–English bilingual ledger headings
Deposits and payment
A 30% deposit confirms your visit date. Balance is due on the day of service by bank transfer or corporate card. We do not process coin payments or online checkout on this website.
