Review of existing access logs, corrective templates, and staff briefing when custody records have drifted after personnel changes.
Who this is for
Offices where vault logs became inconsistent — mixed notebooks, skipped witness columns, or entries that no longer match safe locations after a move or staff turnover.
What we do
Han Soo-yeon audits the last six months of access records (or whatever exists), identifies gap patterns, and reissues corrected log pads aligned with your current safe layout. A staff briefing (up to six people) walks through the new format with live examples.

- New vault log pads (quantity based on safe count)
- Laminated quick-reference card for after-hours staff
Excluded
Rebuilding ledger balances from scratch — if ledger and vault log disagree significantly, we recommend a quarterly reconciliation visit or full ledger setup.
