1. Agreement

By accessing desktop-havenpath.click or engaging Desktop Havenpath Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) for ledger visits, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the website or our services.

2. Services described

We provide on-site office ledger setup, quarterly reconciliation visits, vault log audits, and related paper-record consulting for offices storing coins offline. Service scope is defined in individual visit agreements and service descriptions on this site.

3. Informational website

Website content describes our services and general treasury-logging practices. It does not create a client relationship until a visit is confirmed in writing.

4. Bookings and deposits

Visit dates require written confirmation. Deposits stated on our Rates page are non-refundable after materials are prepared except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate envelope counts, safe access, and staff availability for briefings. You remain responsible for custody, compliance with applicable laws, and decisions about coin movement.

6. Intellectual property

Ledger templates, log formats, and website content are owned by Desktop Havenpath Co., Ltd. Clients receive a license to use supplied templates for internal office record keeping. You may not resell or publicly distribute our templates without written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a visit is limited to the fees paid for that visit. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost coin value, market movements, or decisions you make based on general website information.

We do not guarantee audit outcomes, regulatory acceptance, or error-free historical records we did not create.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from inaccurate information you provide, unauthorized safe access arranged by you, or misuse of supplied templates outside agreed scope.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
